This week tell me what are some of your favorite healthy snacks?

I eat about 6 times a day and eat from 80 to 300 calories each time. I think that makes half meals and half snacks? I don’t like the term for some reason.
I don’t think in terms of snacks. I usually just eat what I want from what I have available. If I’ve had a lot of calories I switch to sugar peas. If I have a lot of calories left I have a light beer with my food.
Usually once a day I have half an Ezekiel muffin with olive oil on it.
I would rather have luscious fruit than candy.
Sometimes I have a tablespoon of grain sweetened chocolate chips and then maybe another.
I love to have some homemade goat milk yogurt, sometimes with nuts and fruit added.
I mentioned taking half a puff pastry and bake it with raisins, nuts and chocolate chips in it. If you put small amounts of everything in it, it keeps the calories down.
If I’m out of calories and hungry, I might eat a dill pickle or some pickled ginger or a cup of tea with honey.
I didn’t get to go on vacation last week. Turns out I have shingles and my waist is swollen up 3 inches bigger. Funny they showed up at my waist, just when I was focusing on that as my measure. XD. AND, I haven’t been exercising at all. Next month will be better.
